Retreat Schedule

Saturday (Arrival Day) – Welcome & Settle In

  • From 16:00 – Check-in & welcome drinks

  • 17:30 – 18:30 – Gentle grounding yoga session (stretch & breathwork)

  • 19:00 – Welcome dinner & introductions

Sunday – Thursday (Retreat Days)

Mornings (Energizing & Introspective)

  • 08:00 – 10:00 – Morning yoga practice (breathwork, asana, meditation)

  • 11:00 – 12:30 – Nourishing brunch

  • 12:30 – 14:30 – Free time (relax by the pool, journaling, massage, or optional activities)

 

Afternoons (Exploration & Personal Time)

  • 14:30 – 17:00 – Optional activities:

    • Explore nearby beaches

    • Village strolls & café visits

    • Boat trips or nature walks

    • Rest & unwind at the villa

Evenings (Relaxation & Connection)

  • 17:30 – 18:45 – Evening yoga session (slow flow or restorative)

  • 19:00 – Dinner together, sharing moments & reflections

Friday (Departure Day) – Closing & Goodbyes

  • 07:00 – 08:30 – Final sunrise yoga & meditation

  • 08:30 – 09:30 – Farewell brunch

  • By 10:00 – Check-out & departures

  • Week 1: Oct 10 – Oct 16, 2026

Retreat Pricing per Person:

  • 1 Person - Shared Twin Room: CHF 2'200

  • 1 Person - Private Single Room: CHF 3'250

  • 2 Persons - Private Double Room: CHF 4'330 (total for 2 people)

The price includes:
6 nights accommodation at a private villa in Corinth, Greece
Two daily yoga sessions (morning & evening)
Daily brunch & dinner prepared with fresh, local ingredients
Use of all villa amenities, including the panoramic pool & sea-view terraces
Yoga mats & props available on-site
Daily housekeeping & mid-week linen change

Not included:
✘ Flights & transport to Corinth
✘ Airport transfers (can be arranged upon request)
✘ Additional activities such as massages, boat trips, or excursions

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so here are our cancellation terms:

  • Until March 29, 2026: 50% refund (50% retained as a non-refundable admin fee).

  • Until April 12, 2026: 30% refund.

  • After April 12, 2026: No refunds will be possible.
